Students who have completed a bachelor (BSc) program in Business-Administration, Finance-Accounting, Economics, Economic Informatics at the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana, are admitted in the Master programme without any additional requirement of fulfilling basic educational knowledge.
In addition, all students who own a BSc diploma in Business Administration and/or Agro-business awarded by other faculties of economies, including public and non-public, domestic and foreign institutions are admitted in the Master programme only after their diploma recognition based on the relevant regulations of the FEUT.
Other eligibility criteria (if any) for master's admission include: holding of a BSc diploma with average over a certain level according to relevant regulations of FEUT; holding of a BSc diploma from foreign colleges/universities after their recognition, with average over a certain level according to relevant regulations of FEUT; other criteria (if the number of applications exceeds the maximum number of students): a - written test on logical knowledge; and/or b - average of special qualification disciplines over a certain level according to relevant regulations of FEUT.
The main objective of this study programme is to prepare qualified experts and specialists in the field of business administration able to work in domestic and foreign companies/organizations, manufacturing and services ones. Classes of this study programme aim at deepening and widening of the theoretical knowledge and enhancing the capabilities for advanced and independent scientific research. The goal of the programme is to provide students with the tools, skills and in-depth theoretical knowledge for a successful professional and academic career, and on the other side, to enable them put these skills into practice.
This study programme provides combination of theoretical and practical knowledge in order to encourage critical and creative thinking of the student, as well as to expose them to contemporary and key issues in business administration by developing an approach strongly supported by scientific and research practices in business administration. Successful completion of this program allows students to pursue an academic career through the enrollment in the doctoral studies, thus increasing the potential of further development of their professional careers.
The student's assessment scheme runs from mark 1 to 10 which have the following meaning: 1-4 fail, 5-6 sufficient, 7 satisfactory, 8 good, 9 very good, 10 excellent.
Exams are evaluated on a point basis system, the result of which is converted into marks based on the following schema:

After completing this programme of study, the students have accumulated all the necessary knowledge as a business administration expert, with a high level of theoretical and practical knowledge. This degree enables them to be employed in public or private companies, manufacturing or service organizations, domestic or foreign institutions, central (ministries, etc.) and local (municipalities, etc.) entities, agencies and various associations, chambers of commerce, foreign or domestic banks, etc., as specialists in the relevant field of study or in the role of business administration manager. In addition, graduates are eligible to develop a successful career as an independent professional, in particular by practicing business managerial consultancy.
