  • Information, documentation gathering and review of student files that are classified with special status and as such do not pay or receive the right to pay only 50% of the annual tuition fee based on the Council of Ministers Decision published at the beginning of each Academic Year;
  • Information, documentation gathering and review together with the scholarship review Commission, which is nominated each year, "Për kuotat financiare të ushqimit në mensa e konvikte, bursat e shtetit dhe pagesat e nxënësve e të studentëve në institucionet arsimore publike" for the second and third Academic Year;
  • Withdrawal of documentation and deregistration of students;
  • Gathering of tuition fees invoices.
